Lorenzo was an absolute professional who stayed late so we could get everything signed. He was very polite and courteous and I would strongly recommend Lorenzo to anyone hoping to buy a car. The other staffs in the office including Loyd and Kelly were amazing. This was the first car I had ever purchased and I would definitely recommend Jim Ellis dealerships for their outstanding professionalism. On another note, I had to take two of our company cars to the Jim Ellis Hyundai to get oil changes and the customer service was amazing. I give everyone at Jim Ellis Mazda and Jim Ellis Hyundai 2 thumbs way way up. Amazing experience and I am so proud I went to this Mazda.

I bought my first Mazda last week at Jim Ellis Mazda Atlanta, and couldn't have been happier with the experience. Bob Kulp was my sales associate and he made the process of finding the right car and then the actual purchasing experience extremely easy and hassle free. Lisa and Loyd found the exact car that I wanted and gave me an excellent deal on it. They treated me with respect and exercised good faith throughout the entire process. They were knowledgeable about the car and were able to answer all of my questions accurately and completely. They did what needed to be done to make the sale, without pressuring or misleading me like you will find at many other dealerships. Once the sale was complete, they went very much out of their way to bring the car to Atlanta as quickly as possible. Lisa picked me up from work in my new car the day that it arrived. The car that I wanted is the car that I got. Overall, there is nothing that I could change about the experience to make it any better. I have already recommended Jim Ellis Mazda of Atlanta to all of my friends.
